If you are heading away over the holidays, ensure you complete a holiday plan in good time. Students who persist with studies while travelling develop an appreciation of the need to maintain a daily approach to study and return to school with improved capabilities

Kumon Connect ….. digital Kumon, where students use their tablet to complete their Kumon, making it easier to stay on a daily routine, and means I can see and set their Kumon every day to regularly monitor their perfomance and results every day.

As the school holidays begin, we all get used to sleeping in and relaxing a bit more,

but please don’t forget about your Kumon routine !!

During the holidays when the usual school routine has stopped, it’s easy to let Kumon take a back seat also.

Try really hard to get your Kumon homework done first thing in the morning and it’s done and dusted.

Remember……….it’s no more than “15-20 AWESOME minutes” a day!!! ……….  Unless you have extra spare time and you would like to do extras over the holiday period to get a great head start for the year!!

When you go back to school after the holidays, your brain will still be switched on and ready to learn!

The next New Parent Orientation meeting

Please advise friends or relatives who have expressed an interest in enrolling their child or just finding out a bit more about Kumon. New families must attend an Information meeting prior to enrollment. Mostly each Tuesday 4pm to finish 5pm. Bookings are required. Alternative meeting times can be arranged if impossible to make the Tuesday.

When you and your child travel on holidays please consider snapping a photo of them with their Kumon as you enjoy your travels. All photos will be put up on the pinboard in centre and on our Facebook/instagram page. If you  don’t want your photo to be displayed please let me know.

Welcome back and I trust everyone had a great break over the Easter School Holidays.

Great to see lots of holiday work coming back completed, marked and corrected!!!   FANTASTIC !!!

Thanks Mums & Dads for keeping your children on task over the holidays. I know it is not always easy to do when the school routine is not happening.

Most of the students are back  and into their Kumon Class and daily study routine again 🙂

Also big WELCOME to all our new students for this term. Make sure you get into a good routine right from the start and it will be the beginning of a fabulous journey, discovering the amazing potential you really do have.

Go to our Parent Portal  at kumoncairnsnorth.com  click on the heading  “consultations”  along the top, and book yourself a suitable timeslot. STUDENTS DO NOT ATTEND THESE MEETINGS UNLESS CHERYL REQUESTS THEM TO DO SO.
